Spare Ribs

Description

Spare ribs are the lower part of the ribs that extend beyond the loin.

Spare ribs can be baked, slow cooked, grilled, and smoked. What makes our ribs special is our Duroc breed of pigs, which gives a more even distribution of the fat and bone-in flavor, making the meat more tender, juicy, and flavorful. Most spare ribs weigh between 2.5 and 3.5 pounds.

To order extra spare ribs, you must add them to the purchase of one of our 1/4 or 1/2 pig packages.
