Step 2: Shawn will contact you to schedule a time for delivery.

Step 3: Shawn will deliver your package directly to your home free of charge (within the Twin Cities Metro Area) and you pay the balance due.

Common Questions:

How much meat will I get? At least 35 lbs. Depending on the cuts, you may end up with an extra pound or two.

How do I know how much this is going to cost? Your cost will be $230. $50 for your deposit, and $180 due at the time of delivery.

What are the cuts of meat I might expect? From your 35 lb pre-cut quarter pig, your order will look like the following (these are approximate numbers. Exact numbers will be a bit different based on how the package is processed):

• 1- quarter Smoked Ham (4.5 lbs)
• 5- packages Hickory Smoked Bacon (5 lbs)
• 8- 1″ thick Pork Chops (7 lbs)
• 2- 1″ thick Pork Steaks (2.5 lbs)
• 1- 3 lb Shoulder Roasts (3 lbs)
• 1- 1 lb Chub Spicy Ground Pork (1 lbs)
• 2- 1 lb Chub Seasoned Ground Pork (2 lbs)
• 2- 1 lb Chub Plain Ground Pork (2 lbs)
• 2- 1 lb package Breakfast Links (2 lbs)
• 4- 1.5 lb packages of Brats (Choose one or two flavors: Cheddarwurst, Jalapeno Cheddar, Maple, Polish, Taco, or Wild Rice)  (6 lbs)

How much freezer space do I need? A quarter pig normally takes up the entire space of a regular refrigerator freezer. You may need to plan for additional freezer space.
