Step 3: Shawn will deliver your package directly to your home free of charge (within the Twin Cities Metro Area) and you pay the balance due.

How much meat will I get? At least 77 lbs. Depending on the cuts, you may end up with an extra pound or two.

How do I know how much this is going to cost? Your cost will be $460. $50 for your deposit, and $410 due at the time of delivery. (That’s only $5.98 per pound!)

What are the cuts of meat I might expect? From your 77 lb pre-cut half pig, your order will look like the following (these are approximate numbers. Exact numbers will be a bit different based on how the package is processed):

• 2- Quartered Hickory Smoked Hams (9 lbs)
• 10- packages Hickory Smoked Bacon (10 lbs)
• 18- 1″ thick Pork Chops (17 lbs)
• 1- Rack Spare Ribs (2.5 lbs)
• 1- Rack Country Style Ribs (2.5 lbs)
• 2- Packages Boston Butt Pork Steaks (5 lbs)
• 2- Chubs Hot Italian Ground Pork (2 lbs)
• 3- Chubs Seasoned Ground Pork (3 lbs)
• 8- Chubs Plain Ground Pork (3 lbs)
• 2- 3 lb Shoulder Roasts (6 lbs)
• 3- Packages Breakfast Links (3 lbs)
• 6- 1.5 lb packages of Brats (Choose one or two flavors: Cheddarwurst, Jalapeno Cheddar, Polish, Taco, or Wild Rice)  (9 lbs)

How much freezer space do I need? A half pig normally takes up at least twice the space of a regular refrigerator freezer. Plan for additional freezer space.
