    Boston butt steaks come from the area between the front shoulder and the loin.

    The boston butt is perhaps the reddest/ most marbled cut or pork, making it desirable to use for almost any recipe or method of cooking. With that in mind, we have this cut into 1″ thick slabs and stacked two to a package, making them a flexible option to use as a roast or steak. A package of steaks is approximately 2.5-3.5 pounds.

    Spare ribs can be baked, slow cooked, grilled, and smoked. What makes our ribs special is our Duroc breed of pigs, which gives a more even distribution of the fat and bone-in flavor, making the meat more tender, juicy, and flavorful. Most spare ribs weigh between 2.5 and 3.5 pounds.
