Boston Butt Steaks (Pork Steaks)

Description

Boston butt steaks come from the area between the front shoulder and the loin.

The boston butt is perhaps the reddest/ most marbled cut or pork, making it desirable to use for almost any recipe or method of cooking. With that in mind, we have this cut into 1″ thick slabs and stacked two to a package, making them a flexible option to use as a roast or steak. A package of steaks is approximately 2.5-3.5 pounds.

To order extra boston butt steaks, you must add them to the purchase of one of our 1/4 or 1/2 pig packages.
